The translating earbuds are amazing! Latency is not so awkward that it confuses a conversation. Offline translations do not work no matter how many times you purchase them. Customer service isn’t great but the product is so great you shouldn’t need them unless you take the bait and and let your fish go for offline translations. I purchased English/spanish offline translation 4 times. I think I need a bigger boat.
The customer service team was superb and responsive. They helped me to refund the wrongly purchased product (W4 pro). The delivery of the products were smooth and on time. I am enjoying the T1 handheld translator and I would recommend it to all travellers!

How about preparing the head phone software/app so that you can use them for learning a language also. It is a great tool. I am using it for Tagalog, French, Turkish currently when traveling and transiting. Awesome product with a huge potential to expand it. Those long flights from Australia through Europe and int West Africa I could be learning a language and practicing whilst I am sitting idle on a plane.. Thankyou

The headphones are comfortable, intuitive, and don’t require a subscription for select offline language access. We’re still exploring all the features, but they’ve been easy to use so far. I’m confident they’ll be a great companion for our upcoming trip to Guatemala. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
