Timekettle has exceeded my expectations! I had an issue with a promo code during my purchase, which resulted in the free gifts not being included. I emailed customer service on Christmas Day, and to my surprise, they responded within hours, apologized, and assured me the gifts would ship the next business day—amazing service!

The headphones are comfortable, intuitive, and don’t require a subscription for select offline language access. We’re still exploring all the features, but they’ve been easy to use so far. I’m confident they’ll be a great companion for our upcoming trip to Guatemala. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

Inconvénients : 1. Dans une conversation entre deux interlocuteurs, il faut que chacun entende UNIQUEMENT sa langue maternelle. 2. Il est conseillé de réduire la pause entre la prononciation de la phrase et le début de la traduction.
Dans l'ensemble, d'excellents écouteurs à un bon prix.

I was very surprise to find out that you don't have translator off-line for English to Vietnamese or Vietnamese to English.

If you are rated the best in this market, then you should more languages available.

We tried the earbuds for the first time yesterday and they were fantastic! They will be really helpful for communication within our construction company.

I've been using this to speak with my japanese family inlaws, and it has turned out to be pretty good. I can just about understand the conversations and can sometimes join in even. Very useful to augment my life as I attempt to learn the language fully.

It would be great if you could use the device and at the same time listen to background music from social networks, WhatsApp voice messages or Spotify music, being able to configure the volume of each one.

English to Russian was fantastic. Russian to English was not as good but sufficient for conversation.

I purchased these for my trip to India. The advertisement showed Hindi, but when I purchased them and downloaded the app, I found that Hindi wasn’t available offline.

Defeats the purpose since I’m going to remote areas in India early January and need the offline version.
